EXPERIMENT / 02In progress

Can we still make money selling websites in 2026?

A business experiment, outside the code editor. Find a real problem. Build an offer. See if someone buys.

What am I trying to find out?

Can selling websites still work in 2026? I want to test the whole business process, not just whether I can build the website.

The plan

Research businesses, identify problems, reach out, have calls and meetings, then build and test an offer. A rejection belongs in the record too.

What I’m researching

The relationship between a business’s actual problem and the website being offered as a solution.

What I’ve tried

Outreach notes to come. Calls, meetings, proposals, and sales figures have not been added to this public record yet.

Current progress

The experiment is active. No revenue, customer count, or conversion rate is claimed here.

Intended output

An honest account of what businesses need, what they accept or reject, and whether the work makes commercial sense.

Next move

Document a complete attempt, from the first observation to the business’s response.
